Maintenance Plans
We offer once-a-year payment options, as well as monthly payment options for our Maintenance Plans.
Essentials
-Added to the priority call list as an Essential customer. You will receive priority over all non-maintenance plan customers.
-Replacement parts guarantee on your system. We will warranty parts we have replaced as long as you are the owner of the house/system.
-2 Maintenances per year
Including (1) filter change and performance check
(1) Filter change, performance check, and full cleaning. Filters will be left for the customer to change in between the scheduled maintenances.
Standard
-Added to the priority call list as a Standard customer. You will receive priority over all non-maintenance and essential plan customers.
-No breakdown guarantees or two months of maintenance cost refunded.
-Replacement parts guarantee on your system. We will warranty parts we have replaced as long as you are the owner of the house/system.
-4 maintenances per year
Including (3) filter changes and performance check visits
(1) filter change, full cleaning, and performance check visit.
Premium
-Added to the priority call list as a Premium customer. You will receive priority over all non-maintenance, essential, and standard plan customers.
-No breakdown guarantee, or two months of maintenance cost refunded.
-Replacement parts guarantee on your system. We will warranty parts we have replaced as long as you are the owner of the house/system.
-4 full maintenances per year including filter changes, full cleanings, and performance checks.
-Preventative replacement of basic wear item parts included.
*No breakdown guarantee only valid if recommended repairs have been completed or approved to be completed prior to system malfunction.
*Main system components (compressors, heat exchangers, coils) excluded from Lifetime warranty parts.
*Basic wear item parts preventatively replaced with Premium maintenance (contactors, capacitors, flame sensors, ignitors.)
